We are looking for a dynamic People Operations Manager to serve as our first dedicated People team member. You will lead our People initiatives and programs across our growing organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will serve as a key stakeholder to ensure an optimal employee experience from pre-employment through offboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of People Operations / HR experience, including hands-on People program design and execution experience
  • Experience working with a growing professional / technology workforce; experience working within an investor-backed company is preferred
  • Passion for empowering an engaged workforce to excel through strategic People Ops initiatives
  • Expertise with various HR technologies and systems
  • Ability to work in our Brentwood, TN office 4 days / week

Responsibilities

  • Apply your HR knowledge and expertise to contribute to the strategy and execution of our People initiatives, suggesting improvements and committing to action
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, providing coaching and support as needed
  • Develop and manage our people programs, policies, and initiatives, including performance management, recruiting, employee engagement/surveys, training, and compliance initiatives
  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper engagement, speed, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Act as a champion for our company culture, promoting our values and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment
