We build web data infrastructure and AI services for enterprise customers, currently at ~40 employees and scaling rapidly over the next 12–18 months. We are looking for our first dedicated People Operations Manager to build the foundational people infrastructure that will support our growth. We have already implemented Rippling for payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration. This role is focused on leveraging those systems to create excellent employee experiences, maintaining compliance as we cross critical regulatory thresholds, and partnering with leadership to scale our organization thoughtfully.
