About The Position

We’re an AI-native Cybersecurity company building the world’s first Agentic Security platform.. Our systems operate with speed, precision, and intelligence — and we believe the human experience around that work should be just as intentional. This role is about owning the human and physical heartbeat of our company. We’re looking for someone who brings a hospitality mindset to work every day; someone who believes that exceptional environments don’t happen by accident, and that people do their best work when they feel genuinely cared for. You’ll be anticipating needs, setting tone, and delivering an experience that feels thoughtful, warm, and quietly world-class. This is a role with real ownership from day one. You’ll run fast, learn quickly, and help define what “great” looks like; with a path to grow into People, Operations, Recruiting or another function as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Naturally hospitable — you take pride in making people feel cared for
  • Someone who believes that “good enough” is never enough when it comes to experience
  • Deeply motivated to take ownership and grow quickly
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build something from scratch
  • Detail-oriented, with strong judgment and follow-through
  • Energized by environments where humans and technology intersect

Nice To Haves

  • Backgrounds in hospitality, events, startups, operations, or high-touch service environments are a strong plus — but curiosity, care, and execution matter more than a specific resume.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary steward of the in-office experience, culture, and hospitality
  • Create an environment where employees feel welcomed, supported, and proud to bring others
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and partners — setting the tone from the moment they arrive
  • Design and run thoughtful onsite moments: team events, rituals, celebrations, and gatherings
  • Own the operational details that make the office feel seamless (food, coffee, vendors, space, flow, company swag)
  • Coordinate onsite events and executive/team travel as needed
  • Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and partners supporting the office
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they’re visible, and sweat the details others overlook
  • Partner closely with leadership on special projects related to people and operations; including things like Company All-Hands, or other corporate communications.
  • Help shape how this role — and the broader people function — evolves as we grow
