About The Position

As a People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Specialist, you will co-create, enable, and deliver people processes that power a high-quality, compliant, and scalable employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including People Operations, Digital Experience, IT/HRIS, Business People Partners, and Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into practical workflows, eliminate manual work through automation, and drive data integrity and operational excellence. This role blends strategic process design with hands-on execution, emphasizing disciplined lifecycle operations. This role is ideal for a bold, action-oriented change agent who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong problem-solving, system thinking, and connector instincts. Through high-impact collaboration and delivery across the people portfolio, you will help advance our people operations processes, empowering people leaders, enabling teams to thrive, and meaningfully elevating the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of Workday and ServiceNow experience with business process and functional expertise.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in driving mid-sized Workday and ServiceNow projects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including partnering effectively with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive amid ambiguity and competing priorities, delivering results on multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Passion for operational excellence, optimizing processes, creating comprehensive documentation, and driving efficiency.
  • Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Business Partnering; demonstrated experience with formal process mapping and documentation.
  • Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or operational excellence experience (certification or equivalent hands-on work).

Responsibilities

  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve global operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure disciplined termination operations, overseeing manager enablement, last-day logistics, exit documentation, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of people operational processes using structured project and process management methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) and maintain documentation standards to ensure lifecycle processes meet policy, regulatory, and data integrity requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, system optimization, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability; partner with internal teams to implement workflow enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions.
  • Standardize documentation, training materials, and change adoption plans to ensure sustainable process execution; create process documents, training materials, and work instructions for People Operations teams and People Leaders.
  • Implement and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure data quality, compliance effectiveness, service delivery, and process efficiency; use insights (ticket volume, recurring issues, employee feedback) to prioritize improvements.
  • Maintain clear documentation standards and audit-ready processes; proactively identify and implement process improvements that strengthen reliability and reduce risk.
  • Operationalize people policies through process workflows, approvals, and controls; partner closely with People Experience, Legal, Business People Partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant execution.
  • Draft and revise HR policies as requested, ensuring clarity, alignment with organizational values, and consistency across global contexts; translate updates into accessible systems, guidance, and training.
  • Support communication and change-management efforts related to policy and organizational processes.
