As a People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Specialist, you will design, enable, and deliver people processes that power a high-quality, compliant, and scalable employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Information Technology/HRIS, to translate business needs into practical workflows, eliminate manual work through automation, and drive data integrity and operational excellence. This role blends strategic people-process ownership with hands-on execution, with a particular emphasis on disciplined lifecycle operations for onboarding and offboarding/termination activities. This role is ideal for a bold, action-oriented change agent who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and connector instincts.
