This includes oversight of health insurance plans, retirement plans, paid time off, and all leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and organizational policies. The HR Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate information and support regarding benefits and leave options, and processing all related documentation. This role also acts as a liaison with Finance for audits, compliance reporting, and reconciliation, while streamlining internal HR processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
