Requirements

• Experience in People Operations topics such as international visa processes, german labor law, contract management etc. in a hyper growth environment
• Fluent in German & English
• A clean track record of successful project management paired with the ability to always keep a cool head, even in demanding times
• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and a desire for improving processes and a desire for improving processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Own administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance, payroll processing, and managing corporate benefits
• Independently coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Work actively on continued process optimization and particularly on deep automatization
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS
• Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management.
