We are seeking a detailed oriented, service driven People Operations Associate who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands that great people operations are the foundation of a strong organization. This Part-Time role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accuracy and compliance with high-touch employee experience. As the People Operations Associate, you are the engine behind our People Experience function. You will own critical day-to-day operations across payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance while supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your work ensures that our employees are paid accurately, supported professionally, and served with care.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in people operations, payroll, or benefits administration
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A people-centric mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll, ensure accuracy, and partner with Finance on reconciliations.
  • Maintain HRIS data and manage employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, leaves, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits including enrollments, qualifying events, and open enrollment support.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audits.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support People Experience leadership with reporting, communications, and process improvements.
