About the Role We are looking for a thoughtful, highly organized, and proactive individual to become the heart of our New York team. This role is a unique blend of Office Management, People Operations, and Talent Coordination, requiring someone who takes immense pride in creating a seamless environment where people can do their best work. As we prepare to transition into a brand-new office space, you will be the primary lead on the ground. You’ll be the person who ensures the move is not just a logistical success, but a positive experience for the whole team. Reporting to our London-based Head of People & Talent, you will act as the local cultural ambassador and operational anchor for our NYC presence. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural fixer - someone who notices the small details and acts on them before they become obstacles. This role is based in Manhattan and requires 3/4 days on-site per week.
