About The Position

The People Experience team's mission is to make monday.com an exceptional and positive place to work. As a People Experience Specialist, you will be part of a global team that identifies and takes care of employees' needs, makes them feel valued and connected, and helps build their sense of belonging. You will help shape, initiate, and lead projects and processes within the employee experience world. Your role focuses on promoting and implementing our unique culture and values globally across all monday.com sites About The Role Develop, track, update, and execute a people experience strategy aligned with the company and employees' needs Plan and execute company events and activities from A-Z, such as office toasts, local site celebrations, cultural events, workshops, and more Identify, develop, and accompany various programs for communities within the company (e.a, sports communities/reserved duty community, etc) Overseeing, managing, and executing our employees' families' domain plan (summer camps, back to school gifts, etc.) Take care of employees' personal life events- professional and personal Manage and track the yearly global welfare budget Work closely with stakeholders such as finance, procurement, workplace, design, communications & legal on a day-to-day basis as well as external vendors for ongoing activities Create and meet KPIs for people engagement and development Maintain day-to-day ongoing activities at the office & maintain the employees' portal Internal communications of events, initiatives, and ongoing activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Employee Experience - Must
  • Experience in end-to-end planning & execution of large-scale people experience events - Must
  • Experience in startups or the high-tech industry - Must
  • Experience working in a global environment - Must
  • High level of English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - Must
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner with a can-do approach and the ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
