Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. The Mid-Market Director of Sales is responsible for developing tactics, operational plans, and processes that implement OnTrac’s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial objectives. This role oversees goal attainment for the sales team, leverages data and technology to monitor performance, and ensures alignment between market insights and organizational priorities. Success in this position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build high-performing teams while expanding OnTrac’s mid-market customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics or related industries
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and technology to monitor performance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
