In this leadership role, we are looking for someone who has prior experience scaling a remote sales team within a startup environment and is result-driven. The Mid-Market Sales Manager will be responsible for the management, mentoring, coaching, motivating and training of a successful New Business Account Executive team, ensuring the team is meeting its quarterly and annual revenue targets. Ultimately, the Manager is accountable for exceeding quota targets, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Netskope partner ecosystem.
