The People Experience Partner is a critical hands-on role that partners with leaders by building, rolling out and driving HR programs and solutions that enable the delivery of business outcomes. This role is key to executing our people initiatives, coaching managers, and partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and HR Centers of Excellence on projects, process, and program implementation. The People Experience Partner will work closely with HRBPs and BU/functional HR leadership, in an effort to support the delivery of the BU/functional strategic talent agenda. The People Experience Partner may also have local site and/or country cluster responsibility and serve as a main point of contact for country-specific needs.
