Job Description Summary Our People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. PXPs will work closely with business leadership and our Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent to do their best work.

Requirements

  • Human Resources experience of 5+ years
  • Experience owning employee relations situations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)
  • Ability to assess, interpret and story tell with data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
  • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization
  • Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively
  • Strong ability to influence whilst effectively managing priorities
  • Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers
  • Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders and employees
  • A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with a combined proactive and get it done mentality while maintaining acute attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy
  • Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions
  • Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
  • Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations and Labor Relations teams
  • Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
  • Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience
  • Utilize HRIS systems to understand, assess and drive change based on metrics with an outcome of enhanced employee experience and improved business financials
  • Conduct compensation analyses during the year-end process and ad hoc as need be to ensure equity and pay for performance
  • Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”
  • Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR function and centers of excellence stakeholders and partners
  • Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional
  • Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee sessions, programs, etc.
