We're looking for an HR pro to keep our people systems accurate, our processes efficient and compliant, and our team informed and supported. You will develop and coordinate internal initiatives and events that ensure employees not only have a smooth experience across the lifecycle, but also have opportunities to grow and contribute to the firm's success. This role is ideal for you if you want to work across many HR functional areas and collaborate with a variety of internal teams, and you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about the employee experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, VA. The desired start date is January 12, 2026.
