This is a hands-on role focused on creating data-driven insights for Recruiting. You will join a high-impact group dedicated to translating complex data into clear, actionable tools and insights. Success means empowering our leadership to scale hiring efforts through data solutions that are not only accurate but also actionable and adopted. Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in progress in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Technical Data Proficiency: You have experience in SQL for querying, wrangling, and optimizing large datasets, including Common Table Expressions (CTEs) and window functions; you have proficiency in data analysis and scripting using Python for data wrangling, modeling, and reporting.
  • An Interest in Analytics Engineering: You have a desire to build scalable data infrastructure and "single sources of truth" that remain stable as systems evolve.
  • Visualization Skills: You are interested in designing high-impact, user-friendly dashboards, and data stories using BI software such as Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • A Commitment to Clarity: You provide clarity through all your work products: your code, your documentation, your project plans, your visualizations, your presentations, and your tactical recommendations.
  • A Systematic & Efficient Mindset: You don’t like to solve the same problem twice, and you are always on the lookout for reusable solutions. You create well-documented systems and procedures rather than approaching each new problem in isolation.
  • Intellectual Curiosity & Skepticism: With a new dataset or business question, you are driven to explore relationships and constantly ask yourself why a particular result is occurring.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage and contribute to the core data models owned by People Analytics, ensuring the underlying data logic is understood, accurately represented, and efficiently utilized in all downstream products.
  • Deliver self-service analytical products and reporting dashboards to recruiters and business leaders to enable data-driven operational decisions.
  • Partner with the Early Careers recruiting team to identify and relieve system bottlenecks.
