People Operations Intern - Summer 2026

GeoComplySeattle, WA
6d$50,000 - $58,000Onsite

About The Position

We’re GeoComply! We are at the forefront of geolocation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud innovation, developing and delivering cutting-edge technologies to help ensure regulatory compliance, combat bad online actors, alleviate user friction, and protect businesses from fraud. Achieving significant business and revenue growth over the past three years and dubbed a tech “Unicorn,” GeoComply has been trusted by leading global brands and regulators for over ten years. Our compliance-grade geolocation technology solutions are installed on over 400 million devices and analyze over 12 billion transactions a year. At the heart of it all is the people, united by a deep commitment to problem-solving and revolutionizing how people and businesses use the internet to instill confidence in every online interaction. With teams across five countries, three continents, and a global customer base, we have no plans to slow down. This internship sits inside our People Operations team and focuses on the day-to-day systems that keep hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes running smoothly. Right now, too much of this work is manual. Your job is to understand it, help us run it accurately, and make it less time-consuming, leaving more capacity for strategy. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be doing real HR admin work, learning how People teams actually function, and improving processes that are used across the company. As a GeoComply intern, expect to be pushed. You’ll be given special, high-value projects outside the immediate scope of your role, a chance to explore new skills, test your limits, and adapt to new challenges across the business. Most companies see interns as cheap labour, temporary workforce or someone to delegate the tasks you don’t want to do. This as a huge missed opportunity. GeoComply views our Early Talent Program as an opportunity to hand select and shape the growth of our future leaders, and equip them with the skills we want our future team leaders to have in five years, and our future executives to have in fifteen. We believe in developing our future pipeline of people as thoughtfully as we think about developing our products.
