We are looking for a People & Culture Senior Business Partner to join our team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our Seattle office several times per week as well as travel to Salt Lake City. As a People & Culture Senior Business Partner, you will deliver on key talent priorities with an emphasis on performance management, integration of new practice professionals, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. You are a culture builder who effectively establishes and maintains strong relationships across the firm, fostering an environment where employees can thrive. You will bring a solid understanding of business strategy and practice needs, along with industry, skill and geographical trends, enabling you to provide informed, strategic people guidance.
