The People and Culture Coordinator is to support all team members on property. As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient administration of Human Resources functions, fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment. Essential Job Functions:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 1 year of previous Human Resources experience or 1 year of full-cycle recruiting
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Previous working within an HRIS system. UKG is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws like; EEOC, ADA, Title VII and California State laws applicable to your property.

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources Management Certification preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Previous working within an HRIS system. UKG is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Creating an engaging work environment for all team members
  • Seamlessly manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully equipped and ready
  • Lead dynamic New Hire Orientation sessions, immersing new team members in Hilton Brand expectations and Spire company overview.
  • Support for all team members with needs they may have to all things Human Resources: Benefits, payroll, HRIS system login or app guidance
  • Participate and manage volunteer and charity participation
  • Recruitment of new talent to fill open roles for the property
