The People & Culture Coordinator will be based out of Ennismore’s Home Base in Brooklyn, New York (Williamsburg). As a part of the People & Culture team, you’ll assist a little bit of everything but your focus will be primarily on team benefits, payroll, and all things people tech. You’ll report to the People & Culture Manager. This role will work closely with both property and Home Base teams, always putting our People first. We work in a hybrid office model, details can be shared. Here’s an idea of how we see the role... Play a part in the general administration of the people function, including but not limited to benefit enrolments and communication, payroll processing, and HR data maintenance. Assist the onboarding and offboarding processes of our Home Base team members Partner with the People & Culture team with all aspects of the HRIS system including system access, reporting, and troubleshooting Work with all departments of the business through HRIS teaching, reporting and general assistance Be the driver of communications around team member perks and benefits and being the go-to resource for questions and solutions Assist the People & Culture team with preparing HRIS / benefits administration systems for yearly Open Enrolment Own the weekly and monthly duties of 401k administration Assist with all people compliance matters such as benefits reporting Help execute the department’s long-term people plan and play a role in its design Assist the People & Culture team with special projects and duties as requested
