About The Position

Join our People team and play a hands-on role in creating a standout experience for every employee we hire in the US. As a People Coordinator, you’ll be right at the centre of our growing our US team, making sure our people operations and hiring process runs smoothly, accurately and with care. Partnering closely with our US People Advisor and UK-based Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support with everything from offers and onboarding to day-to-day people processes, creating a seamless experience for employees and candidates alike. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting things done, has high attention to detail and enjoys the fast pace of a scaling business. You’ll play a key role in keeping our people operations sharp and our hiring experience professional, efficient and human helping us grow the right way as we continue to build and grow our US team. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HR coordination or HR administration role.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with HR and recruitment systems and managing employee data.
  • Comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to US employment practices and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience using Greenhouse (ATS) and Tri-Net (HR) would be desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring all pre-employment checks, documentation, systems access and inductions are completed on time.
  • Maintaining high-quality employee data across HR systems and PEO platforms, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Supporting with payroll and benefits administration by preparing accurate data and liaising with the PEO provider as required.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for routine employee queries, escalating appropriately to the US People Advisor.
  • Supporting compliance with US employment practices, internal policies and record-keeping requirements.
  • Assisting with people reporting, audits and documentation to support governance and decision-making.
  • Provide general HR administration support to the People Advisor.
  • Drafting and issuing employment contracts, offer letters and change documentation.
  • Managing HR inboxes and tracking queries to resolution.
  • Supporting HR projects and process improvements as required.
  • Supporting with initial CV screening against role requirements.
  • Scheduling phone, video and in person interviews and coordinating diaries with multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they receive a professional and positive interview experience.
  • Supporting stakeholders and hiring managers with interview plans, capturing feedback and preparing next steps.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
