The opportunity As a Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline, you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative HR strategies that align with our business performance goals. You will be instrumental in transforming HR operations to boost business outcomes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and managing risk within a complex operational environment. Your key responsibilities You will be a key resource to manage large-scale HR Transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver exceptional client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication and project management skills, lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships with clients, PC colleagues and professionals in other services lines at EY.
