As a Senior in our Business Performance capability, you will play a pivotal role in implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture. You will have the opportunity to understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational structures and contexts, planning and implementing targeted behavior change initiatives that make a real impact.   In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving behavioral change within organizations. You will leverage your expertise to advise on the measurement, design, and implementation of behavioral programs aligned with strategic objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in transforming organizational culture and enhancing individual performance. To excel in this role, you will need a combination of analytical prowess and decision-making abilities, along with the skills to navigate complex organizational environments. Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver impactful change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in top tier or boutique consulting firm
  • Technical skills in change management and experience design.
  • Expertise in change assessment and readiness
  • Experience in stakeholder management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze and model behavioral drivers.
  • Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
  • Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics.
  • Skills in coaching and personal development.
  • Team effectiveness and development capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office

Responsibilities

  • Apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique contexts and tailor behavioral strategies to their specific needs.
  • Utilize discretion and judgment to interpret and address unusual circumstances, applying general guidelines within the policy framework.
  • Showcase your problem-solving skills by working on challenges of moderate to diverse scope, where analysis of data is essential.
  • Demonstrate your ability to select appropriate methods and techniques to obtain solutions and drive outcomes.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,600 to $165,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
