Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field with 2 or more years of HR experience, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic employment law issues, in hiring and employee relations issues.
Demonstrated understanding of hiring life cycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
Strong proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience doing direct service work in health and human services is helpful.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team on full-cycle recruitment from job postings through onboarding, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and timely hiring of qualified professionals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific program needs.
Navigate employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism, with a focus on relationship-building and coaching.
Represent the agency at job fairs, college visits, and recruiting events in collaboration with the recruiting administrator.
Represent HR well by supporting projects and initiatives as needed.
