Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, we are looking for a People and Culture Administrator to join our team. You will be an important member of the P&C team, building trust and connection with our people at the forefront - supporting day-to-day P&C operations, coordinating key processes across all areas, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. You will provide office support to facilitate the smooth running of the office environment and act as the point of contact for some office-related questions. You will also support the leadership team with calendar management and travel as needed. This is an on-site role, working 5 days a week. You may be an experienced HR / People and Culture Admin wanting to step into a dynamic role and play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience. Or, you may be an Office Administrator wanting to establish a career in HR. You know your value as a trusted, well-organized, and responsive administrator, and it’s a role you want to grow in.
