About the Role The Benefits Administrator is a key member of GRVTY’s People & Culture team, responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and strategic support of the company’s health and welfare benefits programs. This role ensures that benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with GRVTY’s people-first culture and business objectives. This position requires hands-on benefits administration experience, strong ADP expertise, and the ability to manage carrier relationships, file feeds, and complex data with precision. The Benefits Administrator will report to a Senior Manager, People & Culture, and partner closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role will also play a critical part in mergers and acquisitions, supporting benefits integration and ensuring smooth transitions for employees joining GRVTY through growth and acquisition.
