FanDuel is seeking a People Analytics Senior Specialist to strengthen our HR data foundation and optimize the systems that power our People Team. In this role, you’ll drive data governance and integrity efforts, enable analytics through dashboard creation, reporting validation, and cross-system insights, and coordinate employee and employee lifecycle data across HR technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves details, thrives on process improvement, and wants to help shape the future of HR technology and analytics at FanDuel.
