Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science experience with a focus on workforce or people trends.
  • 1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.
  • Demonstrated ability in data collection, data cleansing and analysis, including advanced analytics techniques such as multivariate regression models.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Background in HR data reporting, interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, SQL Query, or comparable analytic platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Some travel/business related driving required; This position requires travel. Staff may choose any mode of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, carpooling, etc.) to arrive to and depart from the location where attendance is required. Should a staff member choose to drive, the staff member must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC. Approved drivers driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and receiving DMV clearance.
