Managing a single source of truth, you’ll ensure updates are accurate, timely, and reflect all changes across the business. Working closely with Technical Policy & Services, Member Experience, Pension Administration, and HR, you’ll help embed capability standards and support consistent assessment. The Person We’re looking for someone with hands on experience in the pensions sector or another regulated, process-driven environment such as financial services, insurance, utilities, healthcare, or government. You must understand how to interpret complex rules and technical information, turning them into clear, practical guidance and learning materials that colleagues can use with confidence. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential, as is the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams. You’re passionate about helping others develop, open to feedback, and comfortable challenging established practices when they don’t align with our standards. Organised and proactive, you take pride in making the complex simple and supporting colleagues to deliver their best work. Our values of integrity, community and alignment are the guiding principles that influence our behaviour. They help us make decisions and shape our relationships with others. They’re what we stand for. You will actively demonstrate our values, helping to create a safe environment, to place the needs of the community above oneself and, through a culture of ‘fair challenge’, align to the best interests of our members.
