We’re looking for a Certified Peer Supervisor in Tennessee to join our Substance Use Disorder Program and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Drawing from your lived experience, you’ll provide guidance, encouragement, and support while helping members build healthier, more stable lives. Guide and support Peer Recovery Specialists while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. Follow the Substance Use Disorder Program (a division of Mindoula) guidelines to assess needs, plan care, and complete screenings. Connect members to valuable community resources and services. Collaborate closely with care teams, including primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community partners. Help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment grounded in empathy and respect.
