Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Peer Outreach Worker will work with the LMHC and Retention Specialist to conduct culturally sensitive, alternative venue outreach to engage young men of color who have sex with men (YMCSM) and young people of transgender experience. Engagement will be completed in person, on the phone and through the internet. This position will also provide basic support and assistance to the Retention Specialist.
