The Opportunity Greenwich House is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and community-focused Outreach Worker to join our team under the CASN SOR-4 grant. This role is rooted in harm reduction and engagement, working directly with individuals who are unhoused or at high risk of substance use–related harm. The Outreach Worker will meet people where they are—both literally and figuratively—building trust, offering resources, and supporting pathways into treatment, recovery, and stabilization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who believes in low-barrier, person-centered care and wants to be part of a mission-driven organization making a real impact across New York City.
