About The Position

Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout Arizona. As we continue to expand into the Goodyear area , we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor . Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Goodyear and nearby communities
• Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred
• AAC experience a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Goodyear and surrounding areas
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
• Educate and partner with families and caregivers
• Complete timely, concise documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
