Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout Arizona. As we continue to expand into the Apache Junction area, we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. What You'll Do: Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Apache Junction and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Work Environment: This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities
  • Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred
  • AAC experience a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
