Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan throughout the East and West Valley of Phoenix. We're growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Phoenix area
  • Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding therapy is a plus
  • Experience with AAC is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat clients in home and community-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Adjust plans of care based on client progress and clinical judgment
  • Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
