We're growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within the Greater Phoenix area
- Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in feeding therapy is a plus
- Experience with AAC is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat clients in home and community-based settings
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Adjust plans of care based on client progress and clinical judgment
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
