About The Position

Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout Arizona. As we continue to expand into the Goodyear area, we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. What You'll Do: Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Goodyear and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Work Environment: This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Goodyear and nearby communities
Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)

Nice To Haves

Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred
AAC experience a plus
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
