Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner licensure (or eligibility).
- Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC/AC) required.
- Current BLS/CPR (and PALS preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for pediatric patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child exams, acute illness visits, chronic condition management, immunizations, developmental assessments, and anticipatory guidance.
- Collaborate with pediatric sub-specialists and primary care providers to coordinate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth efforts.
