Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current California Nurse Practitioner licensure (or eligibility).
Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC/AC) required.
Current BLS/CPR (and PALS preferred).
Strong clinical skills and a passion for pediatric patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child exams, acute illness visits, chronic condition management, immunizations, developmental assessments, and anticipatory guidance.
Collaborate with pediatric sub-specialists and primary care providers to coordinate patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth efforts.
