About The Position

Family First Homecare provides exceptional homecare services to children with life-long health conditions, focusing on one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. The company values telling the truth, owning the details, and raising the bar, aiming to make the job an enjoyable experience. Family First gives you the support needed to provide exceptional one-on-one care to patients. Family First Homecare is actively hiring compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs for pediatric private duty nursing in the Greater Tampa area, including specific cases for a 6-month-old baby girl and a 3-year-old boy with various medical needs. The role involves providing high-quality, one-on-one care. The company offers 12-hour shifts, including overnight opportunities, with flexible scheduling to support work/life balance. No prior home health experience is required, as hands-on training and ongoing clinical support are provided, and new graduate nurses are encouraged to apply. Nurses are supported by a clinical team with 24/7 leadership access, structured onboarding, and long-term stability as W2 employees. The RN/LPN provides skilled, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, adhering to FFHC policies, State Nurse Practice Acts, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Family First Homecare emphasizes flexible schedules, continued education, nurse-and-patient matchmaking, and career growth, aiming to redefine homecare. The patient-specific training and Preceptor Program build confidence and skills.
