Dolson Avenue Dental is looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Time Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving team in Middletown, NY ! This established office is looking for a provider to walk into an existing, 1 day/week, schedule. Medicaid ID is required (or willingness to obtain Medicaid ID). Dolson Avenue Dental is looking to hire a Pediatric Dentist for a great opportunity. This is a tremendous opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist that enjoys autonomy and working with a great and consistently growing patient base! This part time provider will have the ability to provide care one day/week. What We Offer: Compensation Range: $1000 - $1,200 per Day OR % with uncapped earning potential! If a provider is seeking additional hours/ full time, that can be provided at nearby sister locations. Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of practice
