Pediatric Dentist – $1,400 Daily Minimum Plus Bonus High-End Fee-For-Service and PPO Group Practice Valley Pediatric Dentistry is part of a doctor-owned, patient-centered, award-winning local dental health system dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, comfortable, and fun environment. Our providers (and tooth fairies) work in pediatric settings and as part of a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team , including close coordination with our general anesthesia team at the Dental Specialty Center of PA , allowing for comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of needs. You will provide comprehensive care—including diagnosis, treatment, and education—tailored specifically to children and adolescents. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency, or current enrollment with expected graduation in 2026
- Current Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform pediatric dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, frenectomies, and sealants, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Educate children and parents on preventive care and effective oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with orthodontists, specialists, and healthcare providers as needed to deliver comprehensive care
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education
- Create a welcoming, fear-free environment using behavior management techniques and sedation when appropriate
