Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing Pediatric Dentist is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Pediatric Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality, pediatric-centered care across a wide range of services.
Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with families and their children and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of dental assistants and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment
Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service, contributing to monthly production and collection goals
