  • Serve as the primary administrator and technical lead expert for PDM and its integrations with CAD, ERP, and future PLM systems.
  • Maintain and optimize data structures including part numbering, revision control, and document management frameworks.
  • Support Engineering Change Control by ensuring system workflows accurately reflect approved processes and enable efficient execution.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and user challenges related to PDM and product data.
  • Configure and maintain PDM workflows, states, transitions, and permissions to support engineering and operational processes.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements in partnership with IT and Engineering Services.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity through system rules, validation mechanisms, and configuration controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and user training materials.
  • Assist in resolving BOM, drawing, and product data issues in coordination with Engineering Change Control.
