Position Summary Assists with the computer-related needs of end-users, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Resolves technical issues through software and hardware maintenance.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to end-users with computer-related issues.
  • Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software malfunctions for end-users.
  • Responds to computer inquiries and offers guidance on proper computer handling.
  • Researches and develops standard practices for installing, implementing, and configuring client computing in an enterprise network.
  • Participates in planning and implementing hardware and software system installations and upgrades.
  • Collaborates with vendors to resolve computer equipment failures and issues.
  • Handles technical requests effectively to maintain service standards.
  • Assists in the deployment of hardware to terminals.
