About The Position

Supports hospital information system server environment Responsible for Support Center request from users. Install, upgrade and troubleshoot all information services hardware and telecommunications systems. Monitors information systems and addresses concerns as necessary. Assists with daily backup tasks. Assists Server Analysts as needed. Rotating call schedule for off-hours support.

Requirements

  • Two years of college required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of VMWare and other virtual desktop environments.
  • Experience with backup technologies.
  • Knowledge of Cisco environments.
  • Knowledge of network concepts.
  • Knowledge of server and computer hardware concepts.
