As our PC Mover, you will: Ensure product and componets are delivered correct line for production Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career Opened 12 years ago as a digital plant, our Kendallville site combines innovation with small-town charm. Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members
