Responsibilities

  • Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software malfunctions for end-users.
  • Responds to computer inquiries and offers guidance on proper computer handling.
  • Researches and develops standard practices for installing, implementing, and configuring client computing in an enterprise network.
  • Participates in planning and implementing hardware and software system installations and upgrades.
  • Collaborates with vendors to resolve computer equipment failures and issues.
  • Handles technical requests effectively to maintain service standards.
  • Assists in the deployment of hardware to terminals.
