As part of our Admissions team, you'll help support patients, staff, and departments throughout the hospital, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and upholding our mission to the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional assistance to patients and visitors
- Support hospital departments with accurate, efficient admission processes
- Promptly answer incoming calls
- Accurately transfer phone calls to proper extension
- Monitor and Respond to radio dispatches, weather channel, and doctor pages
- Maintain high-quality performance and service in every interaction
- Represent the facility with care, respect, and professionalism
