The Role The Payroll and Tax Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and timely execution of full-cycle, multi-state payroll within the Paycor HCM system. The role focuses on ensuring Paycor's payroll module is configured correctly for compliance, maintaining data integrity, and leveraging the system's tax filing and reporting capabilities to meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
