I. Job Summary Manages employees and activities associated with the timely filing and remittance of all necessary taxes resulting from company operations. The Payroll Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll tax department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws for a large, diverse workforce. The successful candidate will be well-versed in payroll tax processes, taxation on equity compensation, year-end tax filings, and payroll audits. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex payroll tax issues while working closely with other departments to maintain business continuity. The Payroll Tax Manager ensures that processes are carried out efficiently, deadlines are met, and the company complies with all compliance and standards expected of the payroll function.
